Beyouteous Body Sculpting LLC, offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new features or tools, which are added to the current store, shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important! During your first appointment, you will be presented with waivers to sign. A Medical History Form, a Treatment Consent form, and a Photo Release Form. We do not disclose your personal information or share it with other outside entities unless otherwise authorized by you.
Your information is used for internal statistics, marketing, or educational purposes. We do not send spam emails. We only communicate with our clients and potential clients regarding new services, price changes, special offers, and appointment notifications.
Booking & Refund Policy
Our time is very valuable. To ensure that we can provide all of our clients with excellent service, we ask that you be on time to all of your appointments. Please arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to ensure you receive your full appointment time.
In the event that you should be tardy, we ask that you be considerate and call to inform us of your situation so we may take necessary action or make special arrangements. If you are to be more than 15 minutes late, please give us a call at 419-936-0470, as your appointment may have to be rescheduled due to a conflict with the next scheduled appointment. If an appointment slot is available a $15 late fee will be charged to book this slot.
There are no refunds or exchanges on any products or services. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We reserve the right to offer and recommend alternative treatments if the ones requested are not available. Pricing Disclaimer: All prices may be changed any time without notice. We reserve the right to change our products and service's prices at our discretion.
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancelling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in your service fee (which is paid for in advance to book your next appointment) being forfeited and will need to be resubmitted to rebook. If you would like to reschedule your appointment for another date after paying your service fee, we require a 24-hour notice to reschedule your appointment without losing your service fee.
All booked packages must be completed within 60 days. If not completed, remaining appointments will be cancelled and you will be charged for these sessions.
In the case of a no call/no show (for a single session), you will be charged your full session fee. If multiple sessions are paid in full & you are a no call/no show at one of the scheduled appointments, that session will count as one of your sessions. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!!! If you are paid in full & you are a no call/no show to multiple scheduled appointment, those multiple sessions will be charged. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN!!
Please use a valid phone number and email address when booking with us. This will assure you are receiving proper notification about appointments and our special promotions. By booking your appointment, you are agreeing to that, you understand ALL of our terms and policies.
Please remember that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments, which result in a cancellation fee. Full balance must be paid on the day of your first service (unless otherwise agreed on). We do not offer payment plans

The satisfaction of our clients is our main priority. We offer prompt solutions to any problems or concerns that may occur.
We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for products sold or services rendered.
If, for any reason, you feel dissatisfied with any of our services, please bring this to management’s attention. We appreciate all feedback, negative or positive, from our clients to better serve you. Disclosure
All results are based on personal experiences from clients and have not been medically declared a cure for medical conditions. We recommend consulting with your medical physician prior to use, if you have any questions, or just to monitor changes in your detox process. Results will vary based on each individual and how she/he chooses schedule sessions and/or to use the products.
Products & Services
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
All descriptions of products/services or product/service pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product/service at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected. With all before and after images, stock photos, patient testimonials or reviews shown on the site, no claims are made that results are typical.
Results vary with each individual patient, and results are cannot be guaranteed. We do not warrant that our products have been evaluated by the food and drug administration and is not untended to treat, cure, diagnoses, or prevent any disease.

Shipping and Shopping Policy
We specialize in homemade products for your slimming and wellness!
You are welcome to pick them up at our shop during business hours or we can ship them to you and you'll receive them within 7-10 business days for a minimal shipping fee.
All products are non-refundable since they are consumable
Turn around Policy
You'll receive them within 7-10 business days after your order.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any service order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include service orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or service orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an appointment/order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the appointment/order was made.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit appointments/orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by other body specialists, dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
COVID Guidelines
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is reported to be extremely contagious. The state of medical knowledge is evolving, but the virus is believed to spread from person-to-person contact and/or by contact with contaminated surfaces and objects, and even possibly in the air.
People reportedly can be infected and show no symptoms and therefore spread the disease. The exact methods of spread and contraction are unknown, and there is no known treatment, cure, or vaccine for COVID-19. Evidence has shown that COVID-19 can cause serious and potentially life-threatening illness and even death.
Beyouteous Body Sculpting cannot prevent you [or your child(ren)] from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while utilizing Beyouteous Body Sculpting services or premises. It is not possible to prevent against the presence of the disease. Therefore, if you choose to utilize Beyouteous Body Sculpting services and/or enter onto Land Mark premises you may be exposing yourself to and/or increasing your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.
Clients are required to wear a mask or face covering at ALL times. Children, young family members and extra guests are not allowed and cannot accompany you during appointment.
Health Conditions
If you are currently under medical supervision for any conditions, it is recommended that you consult your physician before booking any of our sessions. Body treatments are not advised for pregnant women.
